Happy Republic Day, Another Tame Draw & RDB !!!

First of all, a Happy Republic Day to all of u.

Now about the yesterday’s match. Another lame draw, thnx to the pitch again. But atleast this match had 5 dayz of play. Was that a gud thing or bad??? In my opinion, Bad. Y? coz the match didnt had any excitement, right after the pitch report was given, i believed the match was doomed. But the match also had some other things also.

Like the frustration of Pakistani players coz they cudnt protect such a huge score and on top of that India got a small lead. Well a huge sign of frustration was shown by Shoaib Akhtar throwing (not bowling) a beamer (a full toss above the waist) at MS Dhoni at 156 mph. Well good thing was it didnt hit Dhoni, coz if it had something irreplaceable wud have surely happened. i m trying to get the vid of that ball being throwed. On umpire asking the reason for the beamer, Akhtar said due to sweaty hands (eh????). Well evn if it was due to sweaty hands, isnt it the duty of Akhtar to apologize to Dhoni. Though i must admit, with sweaty hands, he had hit the target, almost.

Then Pak’s second innings, they plyed on and on with no intention to declare, coz no total was big enough to defend on such a dead pitch. Younis Khan, once again missing his double century. After Pak were bowled out (Inzamam and Mallik not playing), It was India’s turn. Laxman and Dravid came to bat. But then Shoaib clearly denying to bowl evn a single delivery, due to ankle injury (i and nobody believes it). Then younis khan bowled, and there was no interest left in the match.

Pakistan’s tactic to be on the defensive has left the series totally dead. India shud boycott the series, complain to ICC, and come back home. Next match is in Karachi, hoping to see some sporting pitch there.

Now on newz channels (STAR NEWZ), Pathan was being shown as an expensive bowler. They were saying Pathan is losing his bowling edge coz he is concentrating more on batting. They were saying he was very expensive in the last two matches. Did those ppl take into account the pitch on which the game was being played. Can they single out a bowler who was not expensive??? Even their own experts rubbished their allegation on Pathan. Newz ppl just wanted some masala to get the show through for half an hour.

Anywayz i m going to see Rang De Basanti today at Satyam, Janak Place, 3:15 show. So review will be up by tomorrow night (i know i m damn lazy).

   Hmm.. I still remember the ball and that over. Arun Lal and Mikey were commentating at that point of time. Arun Lal rightly observed that if it had hit anywhere (other than the helmet, pads) it could have proved fatal to Dhoni.

   Another mistake beta, the speed was 134kmph and not 156mph. No one can bowl at 156mph, maybe you wanted to tell 156KMPh(and not mph) even which is not correct.

   Now on newz channels (STAR NEWZ), Pathan was being shown as an expensive bowler. They were saying Pathan is losing his bowling edge coz he is concentrating more on batting.

   You know wht the commentators feel? He does not grip the ball properly in the way any fast bowler should do, so he ends up bowling some 15-20 kmph slower.

   Looking forward to the Rang De Basanti review. By the way, is the DVD of the bluffmaster out?

   ahha here is my post, which I posted at the other but I dunno where it went.

   Anyways, did you see Rand de.. ? How is it? If it’s as good as Lagaan or Dil Chahta Hai, then I may check it out in Cinemas or DVDrip

   Boy, what the fuck is this blue color thing around the commenting area, eyes are buring with this frogshit thing. Even in the preview, the name can’t be seen properly.

   Rang De Basanti Review or shud i say spoiler, but its a must see in a theatre… check imdb… its getting gr8 reviews.

   And i will try to be regular now, busy dayz are g0ne

   The last one I d/led was Salaam Namaste. I wanna check Buffmaster now, so waiting for it.
