Ganguly Sux !!!

As i promosed, here’s another of mine Anti-Ganguly Posts.

As u might have noticed, that i supported Ganguly (wat i was thinking???) wen he was not chossen for the the Third Test against SL coz he played pretty average in the second test. The selector Kiran More clearly mentioned that he didnt want Ganguly in the side. The result of which saw Anti-More, Anti-Dravid and Anti-Chappell in West Bengal, especially Kolkata.

But after India’s fundoo win over SL in third test, came the time for selection of Indian Squad for Tour of Pakistan. A 15 member squad had to be selected. The squad was announced and Ganguly was in but Kaif and Karthik were out. Also to include Ganguly instead of 15 members, 16 were selected. Now the main point. Ganguly met BCCI chairman, Sharad Pawar b4 selection. So it it is quite obvious that he must have asked y he wasnt included or asked (or rather begged.. as said by many persons/media) to be included for the tour of Pakistan. Also wen the selection for SL test series were being held, Ganguly played Ranji Matches to showoff his ability, he even bowled and took wickets. So on account of his performance, he was included but later removed. BuT again later included and after getting selected, he decided not to play any more Ranji Matches, since he was in. The reason he gave for not playing the matches was “SOME IMPORTANT WORK” (or something like that). But after Kiran More bombarded him with Qs, he was in for trouble. Although More mentioned that it wont affect Ganguly’s place in the team but he want a “valid” response. Result of which, Ganguly will play a Ranji Match b4 leavng for Pak.

And also, i dont see anyother senior players family members on TV if they break a record or get selected in Team, but i always see Gangu’s wife and their child…. the guy wants attention in anyway. Ganguly cut the cake wen he got slected.

And the best part…. i was seeing Ganguly’s Training Sessions vids on Newz Channels… other younger players completed 3 rounds, gangu was completing second and still he got tired and stopped to catch some breath… although they started the training session on same time. So this proves Chappell’s allegation that Gangu missed Practices, correct.

I know this post is not that much anti-gangu, but still it is. And this is my blog, i write watever i want. I dont force my views on anybody and i expect the same from others also.

Ganguly supportes, while leaving comments, pls use some sensible things to support him… i have got tired of listening to same old f*****g cr@ppy sh!t that he is the best Captain India ever had, so he shud be respected !!! i respect ppl for their capability, not for wat they cant do, got it???

   Hmm… I totally agree with u…

   He should not be begging around for a berth in the team.. Even Kapil Dev mentioned this…

   He should prove his worth thro’ the Ranji games, which he knows he can’t currently Hence, he is doing all this nonsense…

   and the way he played in his Ranji match, clearly reflects that he didnt wanted to play. coming late on the ground (got a warning for this) and then repeatedly running on the pitch which resulted in ban on his bowling.. he sux bigtime

   Boy.. I would like to “correct” some things that wrote..

   The reason he gave for not playing the matches was “SOME IMPORTANT WORK” (or something like that).

   No, he had “personal” commitments.

   A 15 member squad had to be selected. The squad was announced and Ganguly was in but Kaif and Karthik were out. Also to include Ganguly instead of 15 members, 16 were selected.

   How the hell can you justify’s Parthiv Patel return? Karthick does a great job behind the stumps and bat well too. He scored a hundred againt Mumbai in the recent Ranji trophy outing. Patel is the most luckiest chap in the Indian team, he got so much chances inspite of his bad performances.

   As for Kaif, there is no place for him in the team unless someone is injured.

   The selector Kiran More clearly mentioned that he didnt want Ganguly in the side.

   Can you quote?
   He said Ganguly doesn’t deserves to be “drinks-boy” and sit out, hence he was excluded. He was also quick to add that the doors are still ajar for him to enter the national side.

   Ganguly will play a Ranji Match b4 leavng for Pak.

   So will P Patel, V Sehwag and A Kumble. Patel was also in the same league as S Ganguly, More wanted to “prove” himself. Sehwag and Kumble are the ones who really were insterested to “help” their teams.

   He should prove his worth thro’ the Ranji games, which he knows he can’t currently

   Mr. Praveen Premchandran, He took 3 wickets (”Batsmen”) before he was bared not to bowl as he stepped on the danger zone of the pitch. Let’s see as to how he can bat for bengal.

   Boy,
   You left another dimention as what all Ganguly did to “secure” his place. He stepped down as the captain of Bengal team to “groom” the young D Dasgupta.

   I’d love to see Ganguly sitting in the dressing room rather than playing the matches in Pakistan

   let me tell all of you that it is because of ganguly that we have such a good team.a team which reach world cup final.he is a great captain and is simply wonderful.
   and it will be rude to critisice him just because he was out of form for some matches.i dont know hoqw you all feel but i think he is simply wonderful and is the best captain we ever had.
   i know that all of you think that dravid is better but let me remind you that it is becouse of ganguly that he is still in team , long back he was said to play for test matches . it was dada only who got him back.also i am astound at the behaviour of team india they all are so selfish rude wild.
   none came to support dada when he needed them the most but never mind dada can handel anything and he will definately rise once again so lets wait and see his him riseing once more as captain of team INDIA.

   You call 2 years of matches “some matches” ?

   So you mean that if ‘dada’ is responsible for the current team he should also be included? Bah, only if he contributes as a team. He is better off in the selector’s comittee
   And he can handle anything, but never his headache… kinda spoilsport too…

   And the team didnt voice thier opinions on ‘dada’ coz BCCI told them not to…

    I love SOURAV GANGULY .
    I love love his captaincy, his attitude, and obviously his aggresiveness. maybe he’s not that good a cricketer as BRIAN LARA or RAHUL DRAVID but still i love him as a person .
    We can’t forget the contribution he made to the team by supporting youngsters like SEHWAG , HARBHAJAN, KAIF, YUVRAJ, PARTHIV( although he did’nt do anything for the team) against the wishes of selectors.
    Also at the time of WORLD CUP where INDIA reached the finals.
    He has also scored 10,000 runs in ODI’s which is not an easy feat to achieve.
    Nonetheless, ganguly was a great asset to the team and INDIA will forever remember him.
