Today as i was getting ready for my college and came to my Drawing room to have breakfast, i switched on the TV, News channel was on, it showed same old crappy stuff Shahbuddin(or watever). I started surfing and saw US Open going on between Gilles Muller of Luxembourg and Andy Roddick(one of my favorite) on Ten Sports. Tie Breaker was going on for the second set. The score was not shown continuously like it did on ESPN-Star Sports. It came only after a game was over, score came and i saw 7-6 and 6-6. i thought first round must have won by Roddick so didnt pay much attention. But then i heard commentry that Muller wins the second set’s tie breaker 10-8. Now muller was leading with two sets and Roddick none. Damn the match was getting exciting. I wanted to see the match but papa wont allow. the last time i checked the score before leaving, it ws 5-4 (i think) with Roddick leading, i was happy. Then i reached college changing two busses and then taking metro. Somehow i pass thru 3 periods and lunch, eager to get to lab to see final score. Our lab period is from 1 PM -3 PM, i squeeze some time out b4 finishing my lab assignment to check the score, hiding from teachers eyes and then, damn Roddick looses 7-6 (7/4), 7-6 (10/8), 7-6 (7/1). S**t i m heart broken.
